I know the barriers well, they are corruption, culpability and cronyism. And the reason people aren't heard is, they are ignored and turned away.



Not to mention the discrimination that comes along ethnic and racial lines. The degree of denial speaks volumes. Poor, Micronesians, Filipinos, Hawaiians, Blacks and even Caucasians. In the case of Blacks, it's easy to deny discrimination when they're rarely counted in statistics.
