ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK
Allowing the Hee debacle ‘a disgrace,’ says official with the FCC http://www.staradvertiser.com/s?action=login&f=y&id=334963941
Wonder what ALBERT HEE had on the FCC. Maybe a better question is WHO does ALBERT HEE have IN the FCC. @FCC @AjitPaiFCC
That's how they work it. Then you'll see gifts start to fly outa the FCC's wazoo, in the direction of HAWAII. Then for those who know what to look for, it'll appear they're working together. And for all intents and purposes....

I DARE SAY, MANY HAWAII LAWYERS HAVE MISSED THE BAR
"For more than a decade at least, Oahu's Family Court judges ignored court rules in handling thousands of misdemeanor domestic abuse cases without holding a second arraignment for defendants when required.
Defense attorneys didn't complain, but when Honolulu lawyer Steven Barta realized his client charged with domestic abuse didn't receive the second arraignment, he challenged the process.
"I think this is the first time anybody raised it," he said. "It was real clear to me the rules had not been followed."
Last month, the Hawaii Supreme Court agreed with Barta and overturned the domestic abuse conviction of one of his clients, Susil Basnet.
The ruling sent shock waves through Family Court in Honolulu and set in motion the dismissal of hundreds of cases for defendants who didn't get the second arraignment.
City prosecutors now estimate that about 750 misdemeanor cases involving domestic abuse and violations of protective orders will be tossed out."

Hawaii man claiming discrimination gets new day in court : http://bit.ly/K0RF84
"Those involved in the case say the reversal is important because it emphasizes that slurs based on ethnicity or nationality are illegal under civil rights law."

WHY
Making Justice For All A Reality http://bit.ly/w2KabH
I know the barriers well, they are corruption, culpability and cronyism. And the reason people aren't heard is, they are ignored and turned away.
Not to mention the discrimination that comes along ethnic and racial lines. The degree of denial speaks volumes. Poor, Micronesians, Filipinos, Hawaiians, Blacks and even Caucasians. In the case of Blacks, it's easy to deny discrimination when they're rarely counted in statistics.

LIBRARY HOURS
Oct 10 (4 days ago) |
I arrive at the library daily because I am homeless and wake early to leave an area so I
do not bother people. I figure the public library is a safe, legal and constructive place to be.
I was told by some sheriffs today to leave at about 5:00am. I do not sleep at the library
and was not asked if I do, nor was I accused of it.
I would like to know, since there are no signs concerning loitering or trespassing, only operation hours, what is the legal and acceptable time frame for waiting for the library to open.

P.S. Since you have not answered my email yet, I will include this subsequent information. Today is the
second time I have been addressed by a sheriff's deputy using profanity. I would think they would be
held to a more professional standard when dealing with the public in official capacity. If when you read
this email, you can supply me with a Sheriff's Department email address I would appreciate it.
